Information we handle

We handle account information such as your user ID and email address, content you submit, notification settings, and optional files you upload. Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes.

Our infrastructure providers may also process technical access information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and access times, for delivery, security, and operation of the service.

When you submit a review or bug report, we store only the two-letter country code estimated from your access location, not the raw IP address for this purpose. This code may be included in country statistics and exports available to the registered manager of the relevant game.

How information is used

We use this information to provide accounts and site features, display submitted content, send notifications you enabled, prevent abuse, respond to inquiries, and maintain security and service reliability.

Public information and PC specs

Reviews, bug reports, comments, game requests, and the user ID associated with them may be visible publicly. PC specs are optional and remain private by default. They are displayed on a profile or game request only after the user enables the corresponding publication setting.

Do not enter names, contact details, account credentials, serial numbers, or other personal or secret information in public fields or uploads.

External providers

We use Google Cloud for application, database, and file hosting, Cloudflare for delivery and security, email and web-push providers for notifications, and Google Gemini to translate submitted public text. Information is sent to each provider only as needed for these purposes.

Retention and your choices

Information is retained while needed to provide the service, meet security and operational needs, or comply with applicable obligations. You can change notification and PC-spec publication settings from your profile. You can delete supported public posts through the site.

For access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions that cannot be completed on the site, contact us at the address below. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner.
